I deliberately didn't include PCs because I didn't want to upset some people by calling them baddies if they thought they weren't, and other people by not including them when they thought they should be... 
Maybe nominations for the category of Most Interesting (PC) Character could go in this thread, and we'll run a poll once we've got half a dozen or so names? |

| yeah, Waldo is someone I'd nominate in the 'Best Baddie' category. He is the prototypical backstabbing bastard; it's very easy to imagine him coming round your house to borrow some sugar and stealing a photo of your wife from the mantelpiece while you're not looking. |
