To repeat Akarsa's post on the general board:

Starting Tuesday September 16th, weekly quests will occur. Storyline
will make up for some quests and smaller side quests will fill in
for slower weeks. Rain or shine there shall be a quest! With only
one player or one hundred players the Immortal team have chosen
to bring back to this world a new spark. Gareth and Akarsa will
switch weekly for these quests. If tuesday quests begin to gain
much attention then a second night of the week shall be used as
well. It is worth your time to log on. Prizes of all shapes colors
and amounts will be given.

Usually it'll be at 10pm eastern time (5pm system time), but watch the boards for possible weekly variations.
